Terms & Conditions
- No ground fires allowed but off the ground BBQ’s are ok.
- All vehicles to use access path and not go more than 5 m.p.h.
- Littering will not be tolerated. All refuse to be placed in bin bags and tied before being put in a bin. Glass and tins to be in a separate bag.
- Young children must be supervised at all times. No children allowed around the fishing lakes.
- Owners will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, loss or damage to persons or their belongings.
- Owners reserve the right to change the terms and conditions.
- Dogs are allowed. One dog per pitch on the condition that they are kept on a lead at all times. All dog waste must be picked up immediately. The area will be inspected regularly and any dog owner found not picking up the dog waste will be asked to leave.
- New arrivals must report to reception on arrival inc. day visitors.
- Commercial vans are allowed by prior arrangement only.
- Vehicles must not drive on the grass except to park along side the pitch.
- Persons must not walk around the fishing lakes in groups of more than two. No dogs are allowed around the lakes. Anglers must be not be disturbed.
- Check in time is anytime after 11am. Pitches must be vacated by 10.30am. If the pitch is not booked out you may stay until late afternoon. There will a charge for this.
- Tents without Eco-friendly groundsheets must move to another pitch after 7 days to avoid permanent damage to the grass.
- Bank holiday weekends – there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- No large groups.
